This New Year's Eve, celebrate with decadence with our one-night-only dinner events at fourteensixteen.
Executive Chef Bret Bohning has put together three unique menus paired perfectly with hand-selected wines by our Beverage Master Nikola Stimac including:
*Lobster Tail with celery root purée, fingerling potato hash, candied lemon and orange beurre blac.
*Pork Belly with chimichurri, roasted dates, pistachios, micro cilantro and freeze dried balsamic.
*Sea Urchin Risotto with black truffle caviar and fennel fronds. (*pictured attached)
*Filet Mignon with potato galleys, braised knob onions, watercress and bordelaise.
Seating times will be available at 5 p.m., 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Plus, enjoy live music throughout the night and specialty desserts from the fourteensixteen Pastry Chef.
