Over the course of 4-weeks, mother-daughter teams will move through a comprehensive program integrating stabilization, strength and cardiovascular training. You should expect to utilize different equipment and training spaces inside the gym throughout the month. With high-energy music at the core of the experience, each 45-minute session is meant to be safe, attainable, efficient and fun! By the end of the program, you will have learned a number of effective training techniques that will set the foundation for continued success in their respective fitness plans. *All fitness levels are welcome. *This semi-private training experience also includes optional weekly weigh-ins.
