Susan has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. Her career includes working for staffing giants like Robert Half and Manpower, expanding the Chicago market for Target Stores, working as an HR Business Partner with a Japanese manufacturing firm and owning her own HR consulting and recruiting business.
Today Susan is a valued member of the Synergy Companies team. She provides HR consulting services to the clients of the PEO. Because of her business ownership experience, clients rely on Susan to not only consult on the laws and regulations surrounding employment but to understand how to implement for an owner’s perspective.
Beyond having her bachelor’s degree from UW-Stout, Susan is a graduate of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and has earned her PHR certification. She served as President of the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and currently serves on the National Taskforce for Workforce Legislation. Formerly, Susan was an Ambassador for the Greater O’Hare Association and started a networking group for Young Professionals.
