Event Description:
The sights, sounds and smells of a favorite summer tradition return to La Grange when the annual carnival comes to town from Friday, June 3 through Sunday, June 5. This lively community carnival has been a La Grange tradition for over three decades and features spectacular rides with LED light displays, family favorites like bumper cars and Ferris wheel, games of chance, engaging games for children, and food concessions.
It is staged on Harris Avenue between La Grange Road and Ashland Avenue and presented for the first time by Express Med Spa La Grange, a newly-opened business in La Grange, along with support from the Village of La Grange. Along with Express Med Spa, other carnival sponsors are: Boyce Chiropractic, Go Ape and Mathnasium.
Carnival hours are 5 PM to 10 PM on Friday, noon to 10 PM on Saturday, and noon to 9 PM on Sunday. Ticket sales will stop 30 minutes before closing.
Beer and wine can be purchased at participating local restaurants and carried into the carnival. Food vendors at the carnival include Billy Brick's Wood-Fired Pizza, GP Italiano and Chad's Cheesecake, among others. Palmer Place will feature live entertainment on Saturday from 6pm - 9pm featuring Scott Alan.
The carnival is the traditional kick-off to a season of special summer events run by the LGBA including the Summer Art Project, the La Grange Craft Fair, the annual Sidewalk Sale and West End Arts Festival, plus Endless Summerfest which is organized along with the Park District of La Grange. It is a major source of funding for the La Grange Business Association; dozens of local business owners volunteer to work in the ticket booths and information booth throughout the weekend.

Unlimited Ride Specials
Daily unlimited ride specials will be offered at selected times during the weekend:
- Saturday and Sunday, noon - 4 pm, $30 per person, per day.
- Friday and Saturday, 5 pm - 9 pm and Sunday, 4:30-8:30 pm, $35 per person per evening.
Carnival weekend coincides with the La Grange Pet Parade, run by Pet Parade Charities, which steps off on Saturday, June 4 at 9:30am.
