1st Course - Black Cod - celery root, black beluga lentils, lobster bisque, fennel paired with Petite Chenin Blanc
2nd Course - Pheasant Breast - Kabotcha squash, swiss chard, parsnips, chamomile paired with Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course - Venison - Sweet potato fingerlings, beets, Guinness, sage paired with Petite Pinotage
4th Course - Goat cheese cheesecake - basil whipped cream, salted marcona almonds paired with FMC
