Health and Wellness Committee Meeting August 21st at 12:00 PM- LGBA Health and Wellness Meeting to recap and prepare for the FREE WELLNESS WEEK In La Grange Location: La Grange Public Library - basement room FREE WELLNESS Week in La Grange: Oct. 5th-13th, 2019 -open to suggestions and input -offer free workouts, workshops, and wellness services offering in La Grange -businesses need to create promotional offers -Deadline for participation is SEPT. 6th- Need to know you offer for the free week of services (ex. free class, free massage, free screen, free meal, ect.) September 28th: Health and Wellness Fair - booth/table to promote business -promote FREE Wellness Week in La Grange August 23rd-24th: Side Walk Sale in La Grange -local businesses can get promotional items outside -if you do not have a downtown location we will find a spot for you to promote your business and items November 15th: Small Business Saturday Flash Day -create promotional offer to be promoted on this day (can be the same offer from above) -Deadline is Nov. 30th
