Aug 5th: LUXXE/HONOR features yoga, body weight strength exercises and guided meditation.
This outdoor exercise class combines yoga poses with strength using your own body weight. Classes are also designed to tone the brain with balance moves and patterns of motion supportive of strengthening your ability to focus and comprehend. Classes provide safe freedom in movement, range of motion, and help to build muscular structure towards injury prevention. Each student works to their desired level of intensity and will feel great post-class! Bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
