Event Description:
Each Cooler is displayed in front of a La Grange business from May-Sept. and auctioned for charity from the West End Arts Festival.  

Sponsor Benefits: ($275 Members/ $375 Non-Members)
  • One hand-made pine Beverage Cooler primed and ready to paint. (31w x 20d x 35h)
  • Your Beverage Cooler exhibited outdoors from May – Sept.
  • Business logo and website displayed on a sign attached to your Cooler
  • Your Business Name and Cooler Included in 2000 printed maps of the Exhibit
  • Listing on La Grange Business Association website
  • Your business mentioned in news release
  • Invitation and special welcome at Meet the Artists reception
  • Business mention at Art Auction from West End Arts Festival

Registration & Payment:
Summer Art registration and payment is due by March 20; estimated delivery of your unfinished Cooler is April 3. We cannot confirm sponsorship until payment is received. If you prefer, you may pay by credit card on our website or call our staff at 708-582-6510. Checks payable to: La Grange Business Association/26 S. La Grange Road/Suite 103/La Grange IL 60525.
Non-profit organizations sponsoring a Cooler will received the proceeds from their Cooler at the live auction, less a $25 handling fee. Please provide a copy of your 501c3 at registration.
You may NOT paint your business name or logo on the artwork unless you plan to purchase it at the auction. All Coolers will be displayed with a sign that includes your business logo & website.
Event Media:
Coolers are displayed throughout the business district in La Grange. We'll make every effort to place your cooler in front of your business; however, please note that it must be secured to a light post. If your business is not located in the business district, we'll try to comply with your request for placement but cannot guarantee your choice.
Date/Time Information:
Coolers are displayed from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Sponsorship registration and payment is due by March 20 to ensure participation. Supplies are limited.
Contact Information:
$275 Members/$375 Non-Members. Nonprofit organizations receive the proceeds from the sale of their cooler at auction, less a $25 handling fee. Other proceeds benefit Pets & Pals Charities.
